Savannah began her career at Black Bear Energy, rising to lead the analysis team and gaining expertise in making solar projects work. Her experience scaling Black Bear from startup to its acquisition by Legence (a Blackstone portfolio company) provides invaluable insight. Driven by a love for clean energy and gardening, Savannah co-founded Okovate, combining her passions through agrivoltaics. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado.

A global expert in sustainable agriculture and agrivoltaics, Jorrit bridges the gap between farming and renewable energy. Growing up on a farm in the Netherlands, he witnessed the challenges facing farmers. With experience at Wageningen University, the World Bank, and Pacifico Energy Partners, he develops innovative agrivoltaic projects that address multiple issues. His research on sustainable agriculture and climate resilience has been published in World Bank reports and presented at international seminars. Jorrit holds a B.S. and M.S. in Plant Science from Wageningen University and a Master’s in Environmental Management from Yale University.

A seasoned solar developer with a proven track record leading and supporting over 3,400 MW of solar, wind, and energy storage projects across the US since 2017. His experience at Shell and NextEra Energy Resources includes successful development and operation of large-scale projects, from greenfield to commercial operation.

Max brings a unique blend of solar sales experience and deep roots in sustainable agriculture (Master's in Agribusiness from Colorado State University). His background includes product development at CSU and environmental management advisory work with the Peace Corps in Jamaica. Max is passionate about empowering farmers and advancing sustainable energy through agrivoltaic solutions.

A cleantech innovator and equity champion with 7 years in commercial solar development, Miles has experience in business development, project finance, design, and risk management. He's worked with leading developers like Sol Systems, Goldman Sachs Renewable Power, and Summit Ridge Energy, witnessing firsthand the inefficiencies of traditional solar. Driven by a vision of harmonious solar deployment alongside thriving agricultural communities, Miles founded Okovate to develop projects in-house and consult with others on agrivoltaics. He is a former Rodman Scholar (University of Virginia, B.S. Environmental Science & Engineering Business minor), holds a certificate in Financing and Deploying Clean Energy from Yale, and serves on the Colorado Agrivoltaics Learning Center (CALC) and Ridley Scholarship boards.
